Austria House

Alongside this contract we were managing the security for Austria House working in tandem with the Austrian security team (The Austrian Olympic committee House) from the 17th July to 15th August 2012 based at Trinity House and we delivered round the clock security. Our duties involved on the opening night liaising and working alongside with the Austrian Prime minster Close Protection team and a 56 gun salute on a public road. We co-ordinated and executed the security for the numerous VIP parties every night during the Olympics. We also managed the public bar area which was open to the public and the most desirable

BA 2012

We managed and implemented our security management plan for British Airways. British Airways' pop-up project Flight BA2012 was a pop up restaurant, gallery and cinema space showcasing the work produced through the airline's Great Britons programme. British Airways was an Olympic sponsor and the initiative has seen Heston Blumenthal, Tracey Emin and Richard E Grant mentor three Britons whose creative endeavours in cuisine, art and film could be experienced on BA flights over the course of the Games, and which received their debut in the pop-up.

We had to look after the many celebrities and distinguished guests of BA and the large crowds of general public attending the event at a challenging semi derelict venue in Shoreditch. We were also responsible for discretely removing people from the venue in a safe and in line with SIA guidelines.
